1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (including digital products, courses, consulting sessions, and hotel bookings), all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment or accidental multiple charges
- Technical issues that prevent access to a purchased service and cannot be resolved

Note:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Bookings confirmed under Best Available Rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur 100% charge of the total booking amount for reservations confirmed under rack rates.
- Bookings made without advance payment will be held only for 24 hours from the enquiry date and may be automatically released without prior notice.
- Last-minute or same-day bookings will only be confirmed upon receiving 100% advance payment, and such bookings will be non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-cancellable.
3. Modifications & Exceptions
Royal Bishnu reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
