Reservation Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3363\" data-end=\"3960\">\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1ncr657\" data-start=\"3363\" data-end=\"3438\">Our check-in time is 14:00 Hrs onwards and check-out time is 11:00 Hrs.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"e2nl0u\" data-start=\"3439\" data-end=\"3559\">Early check-in and late check-out can be extended subject to room availability and would be at an additional charge.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"12n81wu\" data-start=\"3560\" data-end=\"3768\">Cancellations received within 48 hours of date of arrival at our city &amp; business hotels and 72 hours at our resorts &amp; hotels in leisure destinations, or a no-show, will be charged a one-night room charge.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1n026ip\" data-start=\"3769\" data-end=\"3960\">During any exhibition events &amp; other peak dates and all festive seasons, the advance deposits made for confirmed bookings would be non-refundable in case of any cancellations or no-shows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1jo4zw0\" data-start=\"3967\" data-end=\"3997\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3971\" data-end=\"3997\">12. Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"5160\">\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1t3s252\" data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"4320\">As per government notifications, every individual has to produce a valid government-approved photo id &amp; address proof of identification at the time of check-in.\n<ul data-start=\"4166\" data-end=\"4320\">\n \t<li data-section-id=\"14jjy44\" data-start=\"4166\" data-end=\"4274\">For Indian nationals: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter Id Card (PAN Card is not accepted).<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1x7ofnb\" data-start=\"4277\" data-end=\"4320\">For Foreign nationals: Passport &amp; Visa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1ebabqx\" data-start=\"4322\" data-end=\"4533\">Taxes as levied by the government are applicable on the above rates. Currently:\n<ul data-start=\"4408\" data-end=\"4533\">\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1kzzwlo\" data-start=\"4408\" data-end=\"4444\">12% GST for rates up to INR 7499<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1kkdtox\" data-start=\"4447\" data-end=\"4533\">18% GST for rates above INR 7500<br data-start=\"4481\" data-end=\"4484\" \/><em data-start=\"4486\" data-end=\"4531\">(Subject to change as per government rules)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"rc53lq\" data-start=\"4535\" data-end=\"4701\">If your company GST number is required on the stay bills, please update us in advance or during your stay. Changes cannot be made after final billing at checkout.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1jkavwl\" data-start=\"4703\" data-end=\"4873\">In the absence of advance payment and arrival details, reservations will be held provisionally until 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival. Rooms may be released afterward.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"s2scrf\" data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"5000\">Any changes\/amendments to reservations are subject to availability. Early check-out may still incur full booking charges.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"13s26r9\" data-start=\"5002\" data-end=\"5041\">Outside food\/liquor is not allowed.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"qefuio\" data-start=\"5043\" data-end=\"5160\">Usage of the swimming pool is included in packages but subject to hotel timing. Swimming costumes are chargeable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"z3kmhb\" data-start=\"5167\" data-end=\"5199\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"5171\" data-end=\"5199\">13. GRC Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"5345\" data-end=\"6102\">\n \t<li data-section-id=\"4glnbg\" data-start=\"5345\" data-end=\"5406\">Check-in time is 14:00 hrs &amp; Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"15z9ctt\" data-start=\"5408\" data-end=\"5536\">I agree to release the room(s) by 11:00 hrs on the date of departure. Failure to do so may result in additional day charges.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1ahjyvw\" data-start=\"5538\" data-end=\"5627\">I am responsible for full payment of my stay if not paid by a company or third party.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"nri0wf\" data-start=\"5629\" data-end=\"5705\">I will comply with house rules mentioned in the Guest Service Directory.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"175jjx2\" data-start=\"5707\" data-end=\"5776\">Outside food &amp; liquor are not allowed anywhere on hotel premises.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"1nr0i6n\" data-start=\"5778\" data-end=\"5855\">Visitors must register at reception; no visitors allowed after 20:00 hrs.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"fd9n0o\" data-start=\"5857\" data-end=\"5906\">I accept these Terms &amp; Conditions as binding.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"91d16j\" data-start=\"5908\" data-end=\"6008\">I will inform reception 48 hrs in advance in case of early departure to avoid retention charges.<\/li>\n \t<li data-section-id=\"b9ga3y\" data-start=\"6010\" data-end=\"6102\">I will not hold the hotel responsible for valuables; I will use the in-room safe locker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"9hzhvu\" data-start=\"6109\" data-end=\"6131\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"6113\" data-end=\"6131\">15.
